Yes! We've reserved a room for every guest at The Guild House Hotel on the night of Saturday, November 14. We've taken care of the booking, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the weekend with us.

We'll all be staying at The Guild House Hotel, a beautiful historic boutique hotel in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. Check out Travel & Stay for more info.

We've already taken care of it for you! Every guest has been assigned a room at the hotel, and your stay is our treat. There’s nothing you need to reserve - we'll share your room assignment and check-in details closer to the wedding.

For our local guests, we have you covered from check-in at 4PM Saturday, November 14th until brunch the next morning - but feel free to come early, store your luggage with the hotel, and join us for a Welcome Party at 3PM.
For guests with further travel, we’ve already reached out to secure additional accommodation.
Transportation & Parking

Most of the weekend is within walking distance, so transportation won't be needed on Saturday. We'll provide a shuttle to and from our recovery brunch on Sunday morning.
Be sure to have your bags completely packed before we leave for brunch. -
A shuttle will depart from The Guild House Hotel before brunch on Sunday, November 15th at 10:15AM and return guests to the hotel afterward.

Wedding Day Details

Be here & settled no later than 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 14th.
The celebration begins with a welcome party at 3:00 PM. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM (luggage storage will be available if you arrive early). Our ceremony starts at 5:30 PM, and we ask that everyone be seated by 5:15 PM. -
We're going with cocktail attire.
For the Women: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy slacks and a blouse are all great choices.
For the Men: a suit or dress pants with a jacket—no tie required.
November in Philadelphia can be chilly, so we'd recommend bringing a light coat. There will also be a short walk between venues, so comfortable shoes are always a good idea!

We've got you covered! After dinner, we'll be trading formalwear for something a little cozier. A comfy surprise will be waiting for you, so there's no need to pack pajamas. We'll share everything you need to know when you arrive. See size chart below.

Brunch is intentionally relaxed! We invite you to wear elevated casual attire - think jeans, khakis, sweaters, button-downs. There's no need for jackets, ties, or formalwear.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. There may be a short walk (about 10 minutes) between venues, weather permitting.

Mid-November in Philadelphia is typically cool, with daytime temperatures in the 50s and cooler evenings. We'd recommend bringing a light jacket or coat for walking between venues.

Absolutely! Please include any dietary restrictions or food allergies when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to make sure everyone has a wonderful meal.

Because we're having a very intimate celebration, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

We do not have a registry and kindly ask that guests skip the gifts. Having you with us to celebrate is more than enough. If you feel inclined to give, we would love for you to consider making a donation to Planned Parenthood, an organization that is important to us. Pajama Information
Your cozy surprise will be a classic long sleeve button-up pajama set with relaxed elastic-waist, drawstring pants. The fit is intentionally comfortable and easy.
